Solved my clogging issues
My old hotend was constantly clogging. This full kit replaced everything and now I can print PETG without any heat creep problems. Highly recommended.

Excellent cooling performance
The plastic fan shroud directs air exactly where it needs to go. My overhangs look much cleaner now. The fan is also quieter than my original one.

Solid upgrade
Works as advertised. The brass nozzle heats up quickly and maintains temperature well. Just make sure to level your bed again after installation.

Perfect drop-in replacement
This kit fit my Ender 3 V2 perfectly. Installation took about 15 minutes and the print quality improved immediately due to better cooling from the new fan shroud.

Good value but instructions needed
The hardware is solid and works well at 24V. However, it would be nice if it came with a printed wiring diagram for beginners. Otherwise, great product.

Great spare part to have

Q: Do I need to update my firmware after installing this?
A: Generally, no firmware update is required as this is a direct hardware replacement with standard specifications. However, always ensure your thermal runaway protection is enabled.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this hotend can handle?
A: The brass nozzle and heater cartridge are rated for standard filaments like PLA, PETG, and ABS, typically up to 260°C. For higher temperature materials, we suggest an all-metal hotend upgrade.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Ender 3 or only the V2?
A: This kit is specifically designed for the Ender 3 V2 due to the 24V power system and specific mounting geometry. It is not directly compatible with the original 12V Ender 3 without electrical modifications.
Q: Does this come with the silicone sock?
A: No, this kit includes the hotend assembly, fan, and shroud, but the silicone protective sock is sold separately. We recommend using one for safety and temperature stability.
Q: Can I use different nozzle sizes with this block?
A: Yes, the heater block uses standard M6 threaded nozzles. You can easily swap the pre-installed 0.4mm nozzle for other sizes like 0.2mm or 0.6mm depending on your printing needs.
