Great quality, minor fitment issue
The ceramic feels very premium and heats up quickly. I had to slightly adjust the mounting screws on my H2D model, but once installed, it works flawlessly.

Stable temps for engineering filaments
I print mostly ABS and ASA, and this heater block maintains consistent temperatures even during long prints. Highly recommended for anyone pushing their machine limits.

Good product but instructions unclear
The hardware itself is excellent, but the included paper instructions were a bit vague. Had to watch a YouTube video to get the wiring right. Works great now though.

Best hotend upgrade available
Zirconia is definitely the way to go for high-temp printing. This kit includes everything you need and the build quality is top-notch. Worth every penny.

Perfect upgrade for my A1 mini
Installation was straightforward and the zirconia material holds temperature much better than the stock aluminum block. My prints have improved significantly with less heat creep.

Durable and efficient
Been running this for three weeks now without any issues. The right-side upgrade design fits perfectly on my TZ A1. No more clogging issues!
Q: Does this come with a new thermistor or do I reuse the old one?
A: The package includes a brand new high-temperature thermistor pre-installed in the block, so you do not need to reuse your old one.
Q: Can this handle PLA printing or is it only for high-temp materials?
A: While designed for high-temperature stability, it works perfectly fine with PLA, PETG, and other standard filaments as well.
Q: What is the warranty period for this heating kit?
A: All our 3D printer accessories come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Q: Is this compatible with the original TZ A1 or just the mini version?
A: This kit is fully compatible with both the standard TZ A1 and the A1 mini models, as well as the H2D series.
Q: Do I need to update my firmware after installing this?
A: No firmware update is required. This is a direct hardware replacement that uses the same electrical specifications as the original part.
