Consistent flow rate
The internal polish on these nozzles is impressive. I noticed immediately that my retraction settings needed slight adjustment because the flow is so much smoother compared to my old nozzles. No more clogs even at high speeds.

Great durability, slightly harder to install
The build quality is excellent and the M7 thread fits my Ender 3 perfectly after a quick adapter check. The only reason for 4 stars is that because it's hardened steel, you need to be careful not to overtighten it when the hotend is cold, or you might strip the threads. Once installed correctly, it works flawlessly.

Survived a cold pull test
I accidentally crashed my nozzle into the bed, which usually bends brass tips instantly. This hardened steel nozzle didn't even scratch. It saved my entire hotend assembly. Worth every penny for the peace of mind alone.

Good product, confusing kit contents
The nozzles themselves are fantastic quality. However, the kit came with a wrench that felt a bit flimsy for the torque required. I ended up using my own tool. If you are a beginner, make sure you have proper tools before attempting installation.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to these hardened steel nozzles specifically for printing with carbon fiber filled PLA. My standard brass nozzles would wear out after just two spools, but these have lasted through ten without any change in extrusion quality. Highly recommended for serious hobbyists.

Best upgrade for the price
If you print anything other than basic PLA, you need these. The corrosion resistance is real; I've printed with some acidic wood-fill filaments and there is zero degradation. Will definitely buy again when I eventually need replacements years from now.
Q: Do I need to change my slicer settings when switching to hardened steel?
A: Generally, you may need to increase your printing temperature by 5-10°C because steel conducts heat differently than brass. You might also need to tweak retraction settings slightly due to the smoother internal finish. We recommend running a temperature tower test first.
Q: What is the difference between M6 and M7 threads?
A: M6 and M7 refer to the metric thread diameter of the nozzle. M7 is slightly larger (7mm) compared to M6 (6mm). They are not interchangeable without an adapter. Please check your hotend manufacturer specifications before purchasing.
Q: Can I use these nozzles with Nylon filament?
A: Absolutely. Hardened steel nozzles are ideal for Nylon and other high-temperature engineering filaments because they withstand the heat and abrasion better than brass or stainless steel alternatives.
