Solved my clogging issues
My old hotend kept clogging with PLA. This new 40W heater maintains temperature much more стабильно, and I haven't had a single clog since swapping it out two weeks ago.

Perfect drop-in replacement
This kit fit my Ender 3 V2 perfectly. The installation took less than 15 minutes, and the first print came out flawless. The plastic shroud directs airflow much better than the stock metal one.

Back in business!
My printer was down for a week due to a fried heater cartridge. This kit brought it back to life immediately. Highly recommend keeping a spare kit like this on hand.

Great value but instructions could be clearer
The quality of the hotend is excellent for the price. Heating is consistent and fast. I deducted one star because the wiring diagram was a bit faint, but if you know your way around a 3D printer, it's easy.

Easy upgrade for beginners
I was nervous about replacing the hotend myself, but this kit made it straightforward. Everything lined up perfectly. My prints are now smoother and have better layer adhesion.
Q: Can I use a 0.6mm nozzle with this kit instead of the included 0.4mm?
A: Yes, the hotend block uses a standard M6 thread, so you can swap the included 0.4mm nozzle for a 0.6mm or other standard sizes compatible with Ender printers.
Q: Does this kit include the silicone sock?
A: No, this specific kit includes the hotend assembly, nozzle, and plastic fan shroud, but the silicone protective sock is sold separately.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Ender 3 or only the V2?
A: This kit is designed specifically for the Ender 3 V2 due to the connector placement and shroud geometry. For the original Ender 3, please check our specific listing for that model.
Q: Do I need to re-level the bed after installing this?
A: Yes, it is highly recommended to perform a fresh bed leveling procedure after replacing the hotend to ensure the nozzle height is accurate.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this hotend can safely reach?
A: The hotend is rated for continuous operation up to 260°C, which is suitable for PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU filaments.
