Perfect fit for my Ender-3 V3 SE

Q: What tools are needed for installation?

A: You will typically need a hex key set (usually 2mm and 2.5mm) and a small wrench or socket for the nozzle. Basic disassembly tools for your printer casing may also be required.

Q: Is the thermal paste pre-applied?

A: No, thermal paste is not pre-applied to ensure shelf stability. We recommend applying a small amount of high-quality thermal paste between the heater block and the heatsink during installation for optimal heat transfer.

Q: Does this kit support abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber?

A: The included standard nozzle is brass, which is suitable for PLA, PETG, and ABS. For abrasive filaments, we recommend purchasing a separate hardened steel nozzle compatible with this hotend assembly.

Q: Can I use different nozzle sizes with this heatsink block?

A: Yes, the hotend assembly uses a standard M6 thread, allowing you to swap in other M6 nozzles of different diameters (e.g., 0.2mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm) as long as they are compatible with the V3 SE heater cartridge.

Q: Is this compatible with the standard Ender-3 or only the V3 SE?

A: This specific kit is designed exclusively for the Ender-3 V3 SE due to differences in mounting geometry and connector types. It is not compatible with older Ender-3 models.
