Decent but tight fit
The product works as described, but it was quite difficult to slide onto the heater block initially. Once on, it stays put, but be careful not to tear it during installation.

My printer was struggling to maintain temps in a drafty room. This insulation cover fixed the problem immediately. No more temperature fluctuations on the display.

This silicone sleeve fits snugly on the heater block. It has significantly improved my temperature stability during long prints. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their stock setup.

Great quality silicone
The silicone feels thick and robust compared to cheaper alternatives I've tried. It hasn't shown any signs of wear after two weeks of daily printing. Excellent product.

Good value, easy install
Installation took less than a minute. The material feels durable and high quality. I deducted one star only because the color is slightly darker than shown in the pictures, but functionally it works great.

Essential accessory
If you print with PLA or PETG, this is a must-have. It helps maintain consistent nozzle temperatures and protects against accidental burns. Very happy with this purchase.
Q: Can this withstand ABS printing temperatures?
A: Yes, the silicone is rated up to 260°C, which is sufficient for ABS, PLA, PETG, and TPU filaments commonly used on this printer.
Q: How often should I replace the silicone sleeve?
A: Under normal usage, the sleeve can last indefinitely. You should only replace it if you notice tears, significant deformation, or if it becomes brittle over time.
Q: Do I need to remove the fan shroud to install this?
A: In most cases, no. The sleeve is designed to slip on from the bottom. However, if your fan shroud is very bulky, you might need to loosen it slightly for easier access.
Q: Does this come with thermal paste?
A: No, this package contains only the silicone insulation sleeve and a cleaning cloth. Thermal paste is not required for installing the sleeve itself.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Ender-3 Pro?
A: No, this sleeve is specifically designed for the Ender-3 V3 SE hotend geometry. The dimensions differ from the Ender-3 Pro model.
