Solid upgrade component
Feels sturdy and well-made. The threads on the nozzle are precise. Only giving 4 stars because the fan connector was a bit tight, but nothing a little patience couldn't fix.

Works but instructions could be better
The hardware itself is fine, but the included manual was very vague. I had to watch a YouTube tutorial to get the wiring right. Works perfectly now that it is installed.

Perfect replacement for my CR-6 SE
My original hotend started clogging frequently, so I ordered this upgrade. Installation was straightforward and took about 20 minutes. The print quality improved immediately with better layer adhesion.

Good value, minor alignment needed
The part fits well overall, but I had to slightly adjust the nozzle height after installation. Once calibrated, it prints PLA and PETG without any issues. Solid build quality.

Arrived two days earlier than expected. The heating block reaches temperature quickly and maintains it consistently. Highly recommend for anyone needing a spare or upgrade.
Q: Do I need to level the bed again after installing this?
A: Yes, it is highly recommended to re-level your print bed and adjust the Z-offset whenever you replace the hotend assembly to ensure optimal first-layer adhesion.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this hotend can handle?
A: The standard brass nozzle and heating block are rated for temperatures up to 260°C, which is suitable for PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU filaments.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock for the heating block?
A: No, this package includes the hotend assembly, nozzle, and heating block, but the silicone protective sock is sold separately.
Q: Is this compatible with the original CR-6 or only the SE version?
A: This assembly is specifically designed for the CR-6 SE model due to differences in the mounting bracket and voltage. It is not directly compatible with the non-SE CR-6 without modifications.
Q: Is the thermistor pre-installed or do I need to attach it?
A: The NTC 100K thermistor comes pre-installed and secured within the heating block, so you do not need to attach it yourself.
