Reliable and durable
I have been running PLA and PETG with this hotend for three weeks straight without any jams. The thermal stability is excellent, maintaining temperature within 1 degree of the set point.

Excellent upgrade for consistent prints

Good quality but instructions could be better
The part itself feels very solid and heats up evenly. However, the included manual was a bit vague on the wiring sequence. I had to watch a YouTube video to confirm the connector orientation. Once installed, it works great.

Perfect replacement for my CR-6 SE
My original hotend started clogging frequently, so I ordered this upgrade. Installation was straightforward and took about 15 minutes. The print quality improved immediately with no more under-extrusion issues.
Q: What is the warranty period for this item?
A: This product comes with a 90-day manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Physical damage caused by improper installation is not covered.
Q: Do I need to level the bed again after installation?
A: Yes, it is highly recommended to re-level your build plate and adjust the Z-offset after replacing the hotend assembly to ensure the first layer adheres correctly.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
A: No, the silicone insulation sock is not included in this package. You will need to reuse your existing one or purchase it separately if yours is damaged.
Q: Can I use ABS filament with this hotend?
A: Yes, this hotend can reach temperatures suitable for ABS (up to 260°C). However, please ensure your printer has an enclosed chamber for optimal ABS printing results.
Q: Is this compatible with the original CR-6 or only the SE version?
A: This specific assembly is designed exclusively for the Creality CR-6 SE model due to differences in mounting brackets and connector types. It is not compatible with the standard CR-6.
