Solid upgrade
Replaced my worn-out heating block with this one. The ceramic ring definitely helps keep the heat focused on the melt zone. Reduced my power consumption slightly too.

Perfect replacement for my old V6 setup

Good quality, minor threading issue

A: The ceramic ring should be placed around the throat tube before inserting it into the aluminum block. It acts as an insulator to prevent heat creep. Ensure it sits snugly without forcing it.
