Seamless replacement
My original nozzle wore out faster than expected with some cheap abrasive filament. This replacement kit came with everything needed, including the silicone sock. Back to printing in 20 minutes.

Essential for engineering materials
If you plan on printing anything with glass or carbon fibers, do not hesitate. This assembly saved my standard hotend from wear. Fits the Bambu X1 perfectly without any calibration issues.

Good quality but runs slightly hotter
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. I noticed the fan ramps up a bit more often compared to the brass nozzle, likely due to thermal conductivity differences, but prints are still great.

Works exactly as described. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the price is a bit steep compared to generic options, but the fit and finish justify the cost for peace of mind.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate the flow rate after installing?
A: It is highly recommended to run the flow rate calibration in the printer settings after swapping the hotend to ensure optimal extrusion accuracy.
Q: Does this come with a 0.6mm nozzle option?
A: This specific SKU includes the standard 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle. We do offer 0.6mm variants separately in our store if you need a larger layer height.
