Great for hobbyists
This kit has everything you need to get started. The instructions on how to prepare the screens were clear. The squeegee included is decent, though I might upgrade to a wooden handle one later.

Professional grade results

Perfect for our small business startup
We ordered the starter kit with aluminum frames and various mesh counts. The tension is excellent right out of the box, and the emulsion coated evenly without any pinholes. Great value for the price.

Solid quality, fast shipping
The aluminum frames are lightweight yet sturdy. I've used them for about 20 prints so far with no warping. Only giving 4 stars because the ink sample was smaller than expected, but the overall kit is great.
Q: Which mesh count do you recommend for printing on dark t-shirts?
A: For dark garments using plastisol ink, we generally recommend a lower mesh count like 110 or 156 to allow for a heavier ink deposit and better opacity.
Q: What is the turnaround time for custom-sized frames?
A: Standard custom sizes typically ship within 3-5 business days. Complex or non-standard dimensions may take up to 7 business days depending on current production volume.
Q: Is the emulsion pre-coated on the screens or do I need to apply it?
A: You can choose either option at checkout. We offer both pre-coated screens ready for exposure and uncoated mesh boards if you prefer to apply your own emulsion.
Q: Do you sell replacement mesh only if the frame is still good?
A: Currently, we sell complete screen assemblies to ensure proper tension. However, we do offer guides on how to re-mesh your existing frames if you have the proper equipment.
Q: Can these frames be reclaimed and reused multiple times?
A: Yes, our high-grade aluminum frames are designed for durability and can be reclaimed and reused hundreds of times with proper care and cleaning.
