Perfect upgrade for carbon fiber printing
This integrated hotend kit made switching to carbon fiber filaments on my K1C seamless. The high-flow nozzle handles the abrasive material without clogging, and the temperature stability is impressive.

Great performance, easy install
Installation took less than 10 minutes. The print quality improved noticeably with faster flow rates. Only giving 4 stars because the silicone sock fit was a bit tight, but otherwise excellent.

Good value for the price
Works exactly as described. My ABS prints have much better layer adhesion now due to the stable high temps. Instructions could be slightly clearer, but online videos help.

Solved my clogging issues
I was constantly battling clogs with engineering-grade filaments. This high-temperature kit solved the problem immediately. The flow rate is fantastic for large volume prints.
Q: Can this handle PEEK or PEI filaments?
A: While this hotend reaches up to 300°C, printing PEEK or PEI usually requires an enclosed heated chamber and specific printer modifications beyond just the hotend. We recommend PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, and Carbon Fiber filled variants for optimal safety and performance.
Q: Does the package include a backup nozzle?
A: The kit includes the fully assembled integrated hotend unit, a silicone sock, and installation tools. Backup nozzles are sold separately as consumables.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Creality K1 non-C version?
A: This kit is specifically designed for the K1C and K1 MAX models. While it may physically fit the original K1, firmware adjustments might be required, and we recommend checking compatibility lists before purchasing.
Q: How often should I replace the nozzle if printing carbon fiber?
A: For abrasive materials like carbon fiber, we recommend inspecting the nozzle every 500 grams of filament and replacing it if you notice dimensional inaccuracies or increased extrusion resistance. Hardened steel nozzles last longer than brass ones.
Q: Will this void my printer warranty?
A: Installing genuine Creality accessory kits like this one does not void your printer's warranty. However, damage caused by improper installation or use of non-recommended filaments may not be covered.
