Solid build quality

The machining on the heater block is precise. It fits perfectly into the Ender 3 V3 carriage. I've run about 2kg of filament through it so far with zero issues. Just make sure to tighten the grub screws properly.

Perfect for high-temp materials

Great performance, slightly tricky wiring

Print quality improved immediately with better layer adhesion. The only reason for 4 stars is that the connector pins were a bit tight, requiring careful handling to avoid bending them. Once installed, it works flawlessly.

Silent and efficient

Huge upgrade from the stock hotend

The temperature stability on this ceramic hotend is incredible. I switched from PLA to printing carbon fiber filled nylon, and it handles the abrasion without any issues. Installation took about 15 minutes following the manual.

A: This specific kit is designed exclusively for the Ender 3 V3 and Ender 3 V3 PLUS models due to differences in the mounting interface and wiring harness. It is not compatible with the original Ender 3 or V2 without significant modification.

Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature?

A: The hotend is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C. While it can technically reach higher temperatures, we advise staying within the 300°C limit to ensure the longevity of the ceramic components and thermistor.

Q: Does the package include a spare nozzle?

A: Yes, the kit comes with one pre-installed 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle and one additional spare nozzle in the box.

Q: Can this hotend print TPU flexible filaments?

A: Yes, the integrated design minimizes the gap where filament can get stuck, making it excellent for flexible materials like TPU. We recommend printing at slower speeds for best results.
