No more nozzle erosion
Finally, a nozzle that can handle glass-filled nylon without eroding after a single spool. The integrated design fits perfectly into the hotend block. Installation was straightforward following the manual.

Great quality, tricky installation
The nozzle quality is excellent and prints are very consistent. However, installing it on the K1 Max required a bit more torque than expected. Make sure your hotend is properly heated before tightening to avoid stripping threads.

Good value pack
Getting two nozzles in the kit is a nice touch. One is installed on my K1C and the other is a spare. Print quality is on par with the original equipment but with much better durability against abrasive filaments.

Durable and reliable
I've gone through several brass nozzles quickly when testing new materials. These hardened steel ones have lasted months without degradation. The surface finish on my prints remains smooth and detailed.

Essential upgrade for Ender-3 V3
This kit transformed my Ender-3 V3 into a machine capable of handling engineering materials. The heat transfer seems efficient, and I haven't experienced any clogging issues since the swap. Worth every penny.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to these hardened steel nozzles specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. The dual-metal construction feels robust, and after 50 hours of printing, there is zero wear on the tip. Highly recommended for anyone moving beyond standard PLA.
Q: Can I use these nozzles for printing pure metal filaments?
A: While these are hardened steel, we recommend them primarily for abrasive composites like carbon fiber or glass fiber. Pure metal filaments often require specialized extruders and temperatures exceeding safe limits for standard hotends.
Q: Does the package include a cleaning needle?
A: This kit includes the nozzles and an installation wrench. Cleaning needles are sold separately, though the hardened nature of these nozzles makes them less prone to internal buildup.
Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the original Ender-3 Pro?
A: No, this specific kit is designed exclusively for the Ender-3 V3 series and the K1/K1C/K1 Max printers due to differences in thread geometry and hotend design.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my flow rate after installing these?
A: Yes, it is best practice to perform a flow rate calibration and pressure advance tuning after changing nozzle types to ensure optimal print quality and dimensional accuracy.
Q: What is the difference between dual-metal and standard hardened steel?
A: The dual-metal construction combines a wear-resistant inner core with a thermally conductive outer layer, offering better heat distribution and longevity compared to single-piece hardened steel nozzles.
