Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to these hardened steel nozzles specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. My old brass nozzles would wear out in a single spool, but these have lasted through three spools with no change in extrusion quality. Highly recommended for anyone using composite materials.

Essential upgrade for Ender-3 S1
If you own an Ender-3 S1 and plan on doing more than just basic PLA prints, buy these immediately. The chrome zirconium coating provides excellent flow and the hardened steel core prevents clogging from debris. Installation was straightforward.

No more frequent changes
We use these in our school makerspace where students often accidentally grind the nozzle against the bed. These hardened nozzles survive the abuse that would destroy a standard brass one in minutes. Excellent investment.

Consistent print quality
I've noticed much more consistent layer adhesion since switching to these nozzles. The precision of the 0.4mm hole is spot on. I no longer have to compensate for nozzle wear in my slicer settings.

Great durability, slightly slower heat up
These nozzles are incredibly tough and handle my wood-fill filament without any issues. The only minor downside is that they seem to take a few seconds longer to reach target temperature compared to standard brass, but the longevity makes up for it.

Good value pack
Getting five high-quality nozzles at this price point is a steal. I keep one on the printer and the rest as backups. They fit the CR-6 SE hotend perfectly without any leaking.

A: Yes, these nozzles feature a standard M6 thread which is compatible with the Ender-3 Pro, provided your hotend supports M6 threaded nozzles. Please verify your specific hotend model before purchasing.
Q: What is the maximum temperature these can withstand?
A: These nozzles are rated for continuous operation up to 450°C, making them suitable for high-temperature engineering plastics like PEEK or Polycarbonate, assuming your heater block can reach those temperatures.
Q: Can I use these with glow-in-the-dark filament?
A: Absolutely. Glow-in-the-dark filaments are highly abrasive and will quickly wear down brass nozzles. Our hardened steel nozzles are specifically designed to handle such composite materials effectively.
Q: Is there a difference in thermal conductivity compared to pure brass?
A: Yes, hardened steel has slightly lower thermal conductivity than pure brass. You may need to increase your printing temperature by 5-10°C to achieve similar flow rates, but the trade-off is significantly increased durability.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my E-steps after installing?
A: Generally, no recalibration is needed if you are replacing a 0.4mm nozzle with another 0.4mm nozzle. However, we always recommend running a flow rate test and checking first layer adhesion after any hardware change.
