Perfect replacement for abrasive filaments
I switched to the hardened steel nozzle included in this kit to print carbon fiber PLA, and it works flawlessly. The installation was straightforward following the official guide. No clogs so far after 50 hours of printing.

Great quality but pricey
The build quality is excellent and matches the original part perfectly. My only complaint is the price point compared to third-party options, but you get what you pay for in terms of reliability.

Essential upgrade for high-temp materials
Needed this for printing ABS and ASA at higher temperatures. The hot end handles the heat consistently without any degradation. The brass nozzle option is great for standard PLA prints where speed is key.

Good kit, instructions could be clearer
The components are top-notch, but I wished the included paper instructions had more detailed diagrams for the wire routing. Had to watch a YouTube video to feel confident. Once installed, it works great.

Saved my printer
My original hot end failed after a year of heavy use. This replacement kit brought my P1P back to life immediately. Everything fit perfectly, and the calibration was automatic.

Reliable and durable
I run a small farm of P1P printers, and keeping spare hot ends is crucial. These kits are reliable, and the hardened nozzles last significantly longer when printing composite materials.
Q: Does this come with thermal paste?
A: Yes, the kit includes a small syringe of high-quality thermal paste to ensure optimal heat transfer between the heater block and the heat break.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 mini?
A: No, this hot end kit is specifically designed for the X1, X1-Carbon, P1P, and P1S models. The A1 series uses a different extruder architecture.
Q: Can I mix and match the nozzles, like using a brass 0.4mm with the hardened steel block?
A: Absolutely. The hot end assembly accepts all standard Bambu Lab nozzles. You can swap between brass and hardened steel nozzles depending on your filament needs.
Q: What is the lead time for shipping this item?
A: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and shipped via standard courier. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Q: How difficult is the installation for a beginner?
A: If you follow the step-by-step guide in the Bambu Handy app or on our website, it is moderately easy. It requires basic tools which are included, but care must be taken with the electrical connectors.
