Easy installation

No more clogs

Q: How often should I replace the hardened steel nozzle?
A: Hardened steel nozzles last significantly longer than brass ones. Under normal usage with abrasive filaments, you can expect several hundred hours of printing before replacement is needed, depending on the specific material abrasiveness.
Q: Does the package include thermal paste?
A: Yes, a small packet of high-quality thermal paste is included in the box to ensure optimal heat transfer between the heater block and the thermistor.
Q: Can I use this nozzle for printing pure metal filaments?
A: While the nozzle is made of hardened steel, we do not recommend printing pure metal filaments as they may exceed the thermal limits and cause excessive wear. It is best suited for composites like carbon fiber or glass fiber filled plastics.
Q: What is the difference between the 0.2mm and 0.4mm versions?
A: The 0.2mm nozzle offers higher detail and finer resolution for small miniatures but prints slower. The 0.4mm nozzle is the standard size, offering a better balance of speed, strength, and detail for general-purpose printing.
