No more mold in the corners
I had persistent mildew in the corner of my backsplash. After cleaning and applying this tape, the area stays dry and clean. The waterproof seal is excellent.

Sticks well to textured tile
I was worried it wouldn't adhere to my slightly textured tiles, but the adhesive is strong. Make sure the surface is completely dry before applying for best results.

Perfect for closing stove gaps!

Heat resistance works as advertised

Good quality, easy to cut
The aluminum is thick enough not to tear easily but cuts cleanly with scissors. I used it around my sink grout lines. Only giving 4 stars because the roll is a bit shorter than I expected for a large kitchen.

A: While it is waterproof and weather-resistant, it is primarily designed for indoor kitchen and bathroom use. For extensive outdoor industrial piping, please check our specialized industrial grade tapes.
Q: How long should I wait after applying before getting it wet?
A: We recommend waiting at least 24 hours after application before exposing the tape to water or heavy moisture to ensure the adhesive sets fully.
Q: Can I paint over this aluminum tape?
A: Painting over the foil surface is not recommended as standard paints may not adhere well to the metallic finish and could compromise the waterproof seal.
Q: Can this tape be removed later without damaging the surface?
A: Yes, the tape can be peeled off. However, for best results and to avoid residue, we recommend gently heating the tape with a hairdryer before removal.
