Good value, minor calibration needed
The unit works well after running the alignment utility twice. Colors are vibrant and consistent. It took about 10 minutes to get everything set up, but saves money compared to buying a new printer.

Perfect fix for streaky prints

Works but packaging was loose
The print head itself functions correctly and produces clear images. However, the packaging was a bit flimsy and the unit moved around inside the box. Fortunately, it wasn't damaged upon arrival.

Excellent compatibility
I was worried about compatibility issues with my older HP 6500 model, but this fit perfectly. The chip recognized immediately, and I haven't had any clogging issues so far.

A: No, this package contains only the print head unit. You will need to use your existing HP 920 ink cartridges or purchase them separately.

A: Please ensure the protective tape has been completely removed and the contacts are clean. If the error persists, try removing and reinserting the head firmly. Contact us if the issue continues for further troubleshooting.
