Perfect upgrade for my Les Paul
I replaced my stock ceramics with this Antiquity set and the difference is night and day. The dynamics are incredible; they respond beautifully to picking strength. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic vintage tone.

Solid vintage reproduction
Very happy with the purchase. They sound great clean and break up nicely when pushed. Took off one star only because the lead wires were a bit short for my specific wiring harness, but manageable.

Jazz and Blues Dream
As a primarily jazz player, the SH-2 neck pickup is a dream. It clears up the mud often found in humbuckers while retaining warmth. The aging on the covers adds a nice aesthetic touch to my guitar too.

Worth every penny
I've tried many aftermarket pickups, but Seymour Duncan's Antiquity series stands out. The balance between the neck and bridge positions is perfect. No more EQ tweaking needed to get a good sound.

Great sound, slightly microphonic
The tone is exactly what I was looking for—warm, articulate, and full of character. I did notice a tiny bit of microphonic feedback at very high volumes, but some wax potting fixed it right up. Overall, a fantastic set.

Classic PAF Tone Achieved
These pickups absolutely nail that vintage late 50s sound. The neck pickup is creamy and smooth for jazz lines, while the bridge has enough bite for classic rock without being harsh. Installation was straightforward.

A: While the SH-4 has higher output than the neck, it is designed to be balanced and musical. It retains clarity and definition on clean settings, making it versatile for both rhythm and lead playing without sounding muddy.
Q: Are these pickups compatible with a Gibson SG?
