Incredible clarity and versatility

Smooth highs, warm mids
Exactly the vintage-modern tone I was looking for. The Alnico V magnets give it enough punch for light overdrive without losing that classic chime. The 5-way to 7-way conversion was worth the extra effort.

Best upgrade for my budget build
I put these in a Squier Classic Vibe and it now sounds like a custom shop instrument. The noise cancellation in positions 2 and 4 is excellent. The handmade quality really shows in the details.

Great sound, minor fitment tweak needed
The pickups sound fantastic, very balanced across all positions. I had to slightly sand the pickguard hole for the 7-way switch to fit perfectly, but once installed, it works flawlessly. Highly recommend for the price.

A: This kit includes high-quality individual components (pickups, pots, switches, caps) that require manual soldering. This allows for custom routing and ensures a secure connection tailored to your specific guitar cavity.
Q: What are the additional two tones provided by the 7-way switch?
A: The 7-way switch typically adds 'Neck + Bridge' together and 'All Three Pickups' in parallel, offering thicker, hum-canceling-like tones that are not available on a standard 5-way switch.
Q: Will the 7-way switch fit in a standard Stratocaster pickguard without modification?
A: Most standard pickguards will accommodate the switch, but some thinner or non-standard guards may require slight widening of the switch hole. We recommend checking your specific pickguard thickness before installation.
Q: Is a wiring diagram included with the package?
A: Yes, every kit comes with a detailed, easy-to-follow wiring diagram specifically for the 5-way and 7-way configurations, along with color codes for our handmade pickups.
Q: Are these pickups noisy in single-coil positions?
A: Like all traditional single-coil pickups, they will exhibit some 60-cycle hum when used alone in positions 1, 3, and 5. However, positions 2 and 4 remain hum-canceling as per standard Stratocaster wiring.
