Perfect for office tension

Great value, takes some practice
It works well once you figure out the right angle. It took me a day or two to get the hang of using it on my lower back, but for the neck, it's immediate relief. Very sturdy build.

Solid construction

Better than electric ones I've tried

The massage effect is good, but if you have weak hands or arthritis, squeezing the handles repeatedly might be tiring. Otherwise, it does what it promises for muscle knots.
