Stays sharp after cleaning
I was worried the tip would mushroom after a few washes, but it snaps right back to a needle point. Highly recommended for oil painting details.

Perfect for panel lining
This brush holds a incredibly fine point. I used it for panel lining my MG Gundam kit with enamel thinner and it flowed perfectly without fraying.

Good but requires care
The brush is very fine, perhaps too fine for thick paints. You must thin your acrylics well or it won't flow smoothly. Otherwise, a solid tool.

My new go-to liner
Replaced my old worn-out brush with this one. The consistency of the line it produces is amazing for long strokes on military vehicle decals.

Great value for the price
Very good spring in the bristles. It's not quite as good as my high-end sable brushes, but for the price, it is unbeatable for detail work on miniatures.

A: Yes, the synthetic bristles work excellently with water-based acrylics, enamels, and oils. Just ensure the paint is thinned appropriately for fine detail work.
Q: What is the actual tip size in millimeters?
A: While labeled as 000, the tip diameter is approximately 0.1mm when fully loaded with paint, making it ideal for sub-millimeter detailing.
Q: How should I clean this brush to maintain the tip?
A: Clean immediately after use with the appropriate solvent (water for acrylics, mineral spirits for oils). Reshape the tip gently with your fingers and let it dry horizontally or hanging down.
Q: Does the handle have a non-slip grip?
A: The handle is made of polished wood which offers a smooth finish. While not rubberized, the hexagonal shape prevents it from rolling off tables and provides good grip control.
Q: Can this be used for decal setting solution application?
A: It can be used for precise application of setting solutions, though we recommend dedicating a specific brush for chemicals to prolong the life of your primary painting brushes.
