Great thin design
The thin design is the selling point here. I wear it while jumping rope at the gym, and it stays in place without sliding down. Took off one star because sizing runs slightly small, so order up if you are between sizes.

Comfortable all day

Excellent support for ligaments

Does exactly what it says. It is not a heavy-duty rigid brace, but for meniscus support during light to moderate sports, it is ideal. The fabric breathes well even during intense cardio.

A: Measure the circumference of your knee cap area with a tape measure. Refer to our size chart in the product images: Small (12-13 inches), Medium (13-14.5 inches), Large (14.5-16 inches), XL (16+ inches).
Q: Can I wear this brace while sleeping?
A: While the material is breathable, we generally recommend wearing the brace during activity or while upright to provide support against gravity. Please consult your physician before wearing any compression garment overnight.
Q: Will this slip down when I am jumping rope?
