Great potential for cabochons
Bought this to cut into small cabochons. The material is consistent throughout with no hidden fractures visible under strong light. The floating flower pattern will look amazing in a ring setting once polished.

Beautiful color, slightly smaller than expected
The green hue is vibrant and the translucency is genuine. It looks exactly like the photos. I deducted one star only because it felt slightly lighter than the estimated weight, but the quality makes up for it.

Exquisite raw specimen

Authentic Muna material
As a collector of Myanmar jadeite, I can confirm this has the characteristic skin and internal structure of old pit Muna stones. The lack of cracks is impressive for a rough stone. Highly recommended for serious hobbyists.

Finding ice species at this price point is rare. The stone has a nice cool touch and good density. There is a tiny natural inclusion on one side, but it doesn't affect the overall usability for carving.

A: No, this is 100% natural Type A jadeite. It has not undergone any acid bleaching, polymer impregnation, or dyeing processes. Only a light layer of protective wax may be applied for shipping safety.
Q: What is the hardness of this specific Muna stone?
A: Myanmar Jadeite generally has a Mohs hardness of 6.5 to 7. This Muna Houjiang specimen falls within that standard range, making it suitable for carving and polishing with standard lapidary tools.
Q: Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?
A: Yes, every piece of jadeite over 100 grams comes with a digital certificate from a recognized gemological laboratory verifying its natural origin and Type A status. A physical copy can be requested at checkout.
