Works but instructions needed
The part itself functions fine, but there were no installation instructions included. Had to watch a YouTube video to get the wiring right. Would be nice to have a small guide in the box.

Consistent extrusion
Been printing PLA and PETG with this new head for a week now. The extrusion is very consistent, and layer adhesion has improved significantly compared to my worn-out old unit.

Saved my printer
I stripped the threads on my old heater block. This entire assembly was cheaper than buying individual parts and solved the problem immediately. Highly recommended for DIY repairs.

Perfect replacement for my Vyper
My original hotend started clogging frequently, so I ordered this kit. Installation was straightforward and took about 20 minutes. The print quality is back to normal with no oozing issues.

Good value, works well
Fits the Chiron perfectly. The thermal conductivity seems excellent as it heats up quickly. Only giving 4 stars because the included fan is slightly louder than the stock one.
Q: Is this compatible with the Anycubic i3 Mega?
A: No, this specific assembly is designed exclusively for the Anycubic Vyper and Chiron models. The mounting points and wiring harness differ for the i3 Mega series.
Q: Can I use this for printing ABS filament?
A: Yes, this hotend can reach temperatures up to 260°C, which is sufficient for ABS. However, since it does not have an all-metal heat break, we recommend using a part cooling fan when printing high-temperature materials to prevent heat creep.
Q: Does this come with a 0.2mm nozzle for detailed prints?
A: This kit comes pre-installed with a standard 0.4mm brass nozzle. However, the E3D V5 style throat accepts standard M6 nozzles, so you can swap it for a 0.2mm nozzle separately if needed.
Q: What is the voltage rating for the heater cartridge?
A: The heater cartridge included in this assembly is rated for 24V. Please ensure your printer motherboard supplies 24V to the hotend to avoid damage or insufficient heating.
Q: How long is the warranty on this replacement part?
A: This replacement assembly comes with a 90-day manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation or user error.
