Exceeded expectations
The photos don't do justice to the real-life appearance. The reddish hue is vibrant, and the beads are perfectly round. Shipping was fast, and the customer service was helpful when I asked about sizing.

Stunning wood grain and weight
I bought this for my father's birthday, and he absolutely loves it. The red sandalwood has a deep, rich color and a wonderful natural scent. The beads feel substantial and smooth to the touch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality Wenwan beads.

Beautiful but needs careful handling
The bracelet is gorgeous and feels great on the wrist. Just remember to take it off before washing hands or showering, as water can dull the finish over time. Overall, a solid purchase from the flagship store.

Great quality, slightly tight fit
The craftsmanship is excellent, and the wood looks authentic. My only minor issue is that the elastic is a bit tight for my larger wrist, but it stretched out after a few days of wear. The packaging was very premium.

Authentic small-leaf sandalwood
As a collector of prayer beads, I can confirm this is genuine small-leaf red sandalwood. The density is high, and it sinks in water as expected. The polish is flawless without any artificial coatings.

Perfect Horse Year gift
Purchased this as a Zodiac gift for my brother born in the Year of the Horse. The presentation box is beautiful, making it ready to give immediately. The wood grain on each bead is unique and striking.
Q: What is the return policy if the size doesn't fit?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Since the cord is elastic, please measure your wrist carefully before ordering.
Q: Is this bracelet suitable for swimming or showering?
A: No, we strongly recommend removing the bracelet before contact with water, soap, or chemicals to preserve the wood's luster and prevent cracking.
Q: Is the red color natural or dyed?
A: The deep red color is entirely natural to the Small-Leaf Red Sandalwood species. No dyes or artificial stains are used in our manufacturing process.
Q: Does the package include a certificate of authenticity?
A: Yes, every bracelet comes with an official certificate of authenticity and a luxury gift box, perfect for gifting purposes.
Q: How should I maintain the shine of the sandalwood?
A: To maintain the shine, gently wipe the beads with a soft, dry cotton cloth after wearing. You can also apply a tiny amount of natural wood oil occasionally if the wood appears dry.
