Perfect for meditation
I bought this for mindfulness practice. The tactile sensation of the ridges helps me focus during meditation. The elastic cord is strong, and the beads are uniform in size.

Incredible texture and patina potential
The phoenix feather pattern on these monkey head walnuts is distinct and beautiful. The eight-ridge structure feels great in the hand, and I can already tell this will develop a rich red patina after a few months of play.

Exceeded expectations
The depth of the ridges is impressive. It's clear these are high-quality selections. I've been rubbing them daily, and the shine is starting to come through beautifully.

Great daily wearer
Very comfortable to wear all day. The pumpkin shape sits nicely against the skin without being too bulky. One bead had a tiny natural imperfection, but that just proves it's real wood.

Beautiful craftsmanship, slightly small
The quality of the carving and the natural grain is outstanding. It fits my wrist perfectly as a single loop, though those with larger wrists might find the 'small walnut' size a bit snug. Still, a lovely piece.

Unique cultural gift
Purchased this as a gift for a friend interested in Chinese culture. The packaging was secure, and the bracelet looks even better in person. The 'Tuhao' string detail adds a nice touch of authenticity.
Q: Is the elastic cord replaceable if it stretches out over time?
A: Yes, the elastic cord is replaceable. We recommend taking it to a local jeweler or bead shop for restringing to ensure it is done securely without damaging the beads.
Q: How do I care for this bracelet to ensure it develops a good patina?
A: To develop a rich patina, simply wear the bracelet regularly or handle the beads with clean hands. Avoid exposure to water, chemicals, or extreme sunlight. Over time, natural oils from your skin will enhance the color and shine.
Q: Can men wear this, or is it designed specifically for women?
A: This bracelet is completely unisex. The traditional Beijing style and neutral earth tones make it a popular accessory for both men and women who appreciate cultural crafts.
Q: What is the exact circumference of the bracelet?
A: As this is a natural product, there is slight variation, but the internal circumference is typically around 16-17 cm. The elastic nature allows it to fit most average-sized wrists comfortably.
Q: Are these walnuts treated with any chemicals or dyes?
A: No, our Monkey Head Walnut bracelets are 100% natural. They are hand-polished only, with no artificial dyes, waxes, or chemical treatments applied, preserving the authentic texture and scent.
