Exceeded expectations

The craftsmanship is excellent. No bubbles in the glass and the edges are smooth. It grinds the ink stick well if you choose to use it that way, though I mostly use liquid ink.

Ink stays fresh longer

Elegant design

Great for beginners

I bought this for my calligraphy class. It holds a good amount of ink and the hot pot design is very clever. Just be careful not to drop it as it is glass.
