Solid performer for beginners

As someone new to CNC, this was a great entry point. It's fully automatic which reduces human error. The only reason for 4 stars is that the included drill bits could be higher quality, but the machine itself is great.

Q: How loud is the machine during operation?

A: During normal carving operations, the noise level is comparable to a standard desktop router, approximately 60-65 dB. We recommend using ear protection for extended sessions.

Q: Is assembly required upon delivery?

A: The machine arrives mostly pre-assembled. You will need to attach the motor housing and connect the cables, which typically takes 30-45 minutes following the included manual.

Q: Can it carve stainless steel?

A: This model is designed primarily for wood, jade, acrylic, and soft metals like aluminum or brass. We do not recommend using it on hardened stainless steel as it may damage the spindle.

Q: What is the maximum diameter for the 4-axis rotary attachment?

A: The rotary chuck can securely hold cylindrical objects with a diameter of up to 80mm (approximately 3.1 inches).
