Authentic Kynam as described
I was skeptical about buying such a premium item online, but the certificate and the quality of the wood proved its authenticity. The sinking test passed immediately. Highly recommended.

Extraordinary scent and quality
I have collected agarwood for years, and this Kynam bracelet is exceptional. The scent is complex and evolves throughout the day. It truly sinks in water, confirming the high oil content. Worth every penny.

Great piece, slight color variation
The fragrance is authentic and very long-lasting. One or two beads had slightly lighter coloring than the rest, but since it is natural wood, I understand this is normal. Overall very satisfied.

Lovely aroma, tight fit initially
The smell is absolutely divine, very unique to Nha Trang agarwood. The bracelet was a bit tight on my wrist at first but stretched out after a few days of wear. Very happy with the purchase.

Beautiful craftsmanship
The beads are perfectly round and polished smoothly. The aroma is calming without being overpowering. It came in a lovely box, making it a perfect gift for my father.
Q: What is the return policy if the scent is not what I expected?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once the seal is broken and the wood is worn, returns may be restricted due to the nature of aromatic products.
Q: Is the string durable enough for daily wear?
A: Yes, we use high-grade elastic cord designed for daily use. However, like all jewelry, it may eventually stretch over time. We offer affordable restringing services if needed after extended use.
Q: Does this bracelet come with a certificate of authenticity?
A: Yes, every Bai Mu Grade Kynam bracelet includes an official certificate detailing the origin and grade of the agarwood.
Q: Can I wear this bracelet while washing hands or in the shower?
A: While the wood is high-quality, we recommend removing the bracelet before exposure to excessive water, soaps, or chemicals to preserve the natural oils and scent longevity.
Q: How strong is the scent? Is it noticeable to others nearby?
A: The scent is moderate and personal; it is most noticeable to the wearer or someone within close proximity. It releases more aroma when warmed by body heat.
