Had to use a wrench to tighten slightly more than brass nozzles due to the hardness, but performance is excellent.

Great for abrasive filaments
Works perfectly with carbon fiber PLA. My brass nozzles used to wear out in one spool, but these are still going strong after months.
Q: Is this compatible with E3D V6 hotends?
A: No, this nozzle is specifically designed for Volcano hotends due to the longer length. Please check our V6 section for standard nozzles.
Q: What is the thread pitch size?
A: It uses standard M6 threads compatible with most Volcano style heater blocks.
Q: What is the maximum temperature rating?
A: This hardened steel nozzle is rated safely up to 450 degrees Celsius.
Q: Does it come with a thermal gasket?
A: No gasket is included. Please reuse your existing gasket or purchase a replacement separately.
