Excellent precision for small projects
This nozzle provides a very consistent mist. I use it for applying light lubricant to machinery parts. The 1/8 inch thread fit perfectly on my air line.

Perfect for dust suppression
Bought this for a small workshop setup to control dust at the source. The thumb-sized tip is easy to position and the atomization is fine enough not to soak the area.

Clogs with thicker fluids
Works great with water or thin solvents. However, I tried using a slightly viscous coating and it clogged frequently. Make sure your liquid is thin enough.

Good quality but requires tuning
The build quality is solid stainless steel. It took some time to balance the air and liquid pressure to get the right spray pattern, but once set, it works well.
Q: Does this come with a pressure regulator?
A: No, the nozzle is sold separately. We recommend using an external regulator to maintain optimal pressure between 20-60 PSI.
Q: Is an adapter needed for 1/4 inch lines?
A: Yes, this nozzle has a 1/8 inch thread. You will need a 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch reducer adapter to connect it to larger air lines.
Q: Can this handle hot liquids?
A: The stainless steel construction can withstand moderate temperatures, but we recommend keeping liquid temperature below 80 degrees Celsius for seal integrity.
Q: What is the best way to clean the orifice?
A: We recommend flushing with a compatible solvent or using compressed air in reverse. Avoid using metal wires that could scratch the interior.
Q: What is the minimum viscosity this can spray?
A: It is designed for low viscosity fluids similar to water or light oil. High viscosity materials may require a larger orifice model.
