Worth the Cost
Lasts much longer than cheaper alternatives. I save money in the long run by not replacing nozzles every few spools.

Excellent Durability
Printed over 5kg of carbon fiber nylon and the nozzle still looks brand new. Highly recommended for abrasive materials.

Slower Heating
Thermal conductivity is lower than brass which affects heat breaks. Good for wear but requires tuning.

Good Upgrade
Noticeable improvement over stock brass nozzles. Only downside is it takes slightly longer to reach temperature.
Q: What is the thread pitch?
A: It features a standard M6 thread pitch compatible with E3D hotend blocks.
Q: Does it clog easily compared to brass?
A: Hardened steel has similar clogging risks as brass. Proper temperature and filament quality are key.
Q: Can I use a brass wrench to install this?
A: We recommend a steel nozzle wrench to avoid damaging the nozzle flats during tightening.
Q: Is this compatible with V7 hotends?
A: No, this nozzle is specifically designed for E3D V5 and V6 hotends only.
Q: What filaments are safe to use with this?
A: It is best suited for abrasive materials like carbon fiber, glow-in-the-dark, or wood-filled filaments.
