Installation was straightforward with the provided instructions. Able to print ASA at higher speeds without issues now.

Great Performance
Temperature stability is much better than the stock hotend. Installation took about 20 minutes but worth the effort for high temp materials.

Solved Clogging Issues
Heat creep was a problem with my previous setup. The bimetal heat break on this kit completely eliminated the jams during long prints.

High Quality Build
Ceramic insulator feels very durable and the machining on the metal parts is precise. Fits perfectly into the K2 Plus toolhead.

Excellent for Abrasive Filaments
Switched to this for carbon fiber nylon prints and the hardened steel nozzle shows no wear after several spools. The ceramic insulation keeps heat where it belongs.
Q: Is this compatible with K2 Max?
A: No, this is specifically designed for the Creality K2 Plus hotend assembly and may not fit the Max model.
Q: Does it require firmware update?
A: No firmware changes are needed. This is a hardware replacement that works with the existing printer configuration.
Q: Can I use 0.6mm nozzles?
A: Yes, it supports standard M6 nozzles including 0.6mm sizes, provided they are compatible with the hardened steel thread.
Q: Is PTFE tube included?
A: Yes, high temperature resistant PTFE tubing is included in the package to ensure safe filament feeding.
Q: What is the thermal limit?
