Worth the upgrade
If you print frequently, this is a must-have. The DLC coating seems to really reduce wear on the nozzle tip over time.

Excellent for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hotend for printing carbon fiber reinforced PLA and it works flawlessly. No clogging issues so far after 500 grams.
Q: How often should I replace this hotend?
A: Lifespan depends on usage and filament type. For abrasive materials, inspect every 500g. For standard PLA, it can last much longer.
Q: Is this compatible with the X1C printer?
A: This specific model is designed for P2S, H2D, and H2S series. Please check the compatibility list for X1C specific hotends.
Q: Do I need to perform flow calibration after installation?
A: Yes, we strongly recommend running the flow calibration process in the printer settings after swapping the hotend for best results.
