Essential for Abrasive Filaments
I switched to the hardened steel nozzle for printing carbon fiber PLA. After 1kg of filament, there is no signs of wear. Highly recommended for anyone using abrasive materials.

Great for High Flow
Bought the 0.8mm size for printing large structural parts. The flow rate is excellent and layer adhesion is strong. Installation was straightforward.

Good Quality, Slightly Pricey
The nozzle works great and feels durable. Only giving 4 stars because I wish they sold multi-packs for a better value. Otherwise, performance is solid.

No More Clogging
I was having frequent clogs with my standard nozzle. Upgrading to this stainless steel version solved the issue immediately. Flow is smooth and consistent.
Q: What is the difference between Hardened Steel and Stainless Steel?
A: Hardened Steel is recommended for abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber or Glass Fiber. Stainless Steel is suitable for standard materials like PLA and PETG.
Q: Do I need to perform flow calibration after installing?
A: Yes, we recommend running a flow calibration in the printer settings after changing the nozzle size to ensure optimal print quality.
Q: Does the package include the removal tool?
A: Yes, the necessary hotend removal tool is included in the package to assist with installation.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab A1?
A: Yes, this hotend nozzle is fully compatible with both the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 mini printers.
Q: Can I use the 0.2mm nozzle for standard PLA?
A: Yes, you can use 0.2mm for high detail PLA prints, but be aware that print times will be significantly longer and clogging risk is higher.
