Great quality, slight color variation
The material feels very solid and high-quality. I noticed a very slight variation in shade between two different batches, but once installed, it blends well and looks natural. Highly recommend for garden paths.

Weatherproof and sturdy
We've had heavy rain and strong sun since installation three months ago, and the decking still looks brand new. No warping, no fading, and no mold growth. The anti-corrosion claim is definitely accurate.

Beautiful finish and eco-friendly

Perfect for my balcony renovation

Good value for money
Compared to traditional hardwood, this is a fraction of the cost and requires zero maintenance. I deducted one star only because the cutting process creates some dust, so wear a mask. Otherwise, excellent product.
Q: Do I need special tools to cut these boards?
A: No special tools are required. You can cut the WPC decking using a standard circular saw or a handsaw with a fine-tooth blade. We recommend wearing safety glasses and a dust mask during cutting.
Q: Is the color consistent throughout the board or just on the surface?
A: The color is extruded throughout the entire thickness of the board. This means that even if the surface gets scratched, the underlying material remains the same color, maintaining the aesthetic appeal.
Q: How do I clean stains like wine or grease off the surface?
A: Most spills can be wiped away with a damp cloth. For tougher stains like grease or wine, use a mild detergent mixed with warm water and a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals or pressure washers set to high intensity.
Q: Can this decking be installed directly on concrete?
A: While you can place it over concrete, we strongly recommend using an adjustable pedestal subframe or sleepers to ensure proper drainage and airflow underneath. This prevents water pooling and extends the life of the deck.
Q: What is the recommended gap between the subframe joists?
A: For residential use, we recommend spacing the subframe joists 300mm to 400mm apart (center-to-center). For areas with heavier foot traffic or commercial use, reduce spacing to 250mm for maximum stability.
