Good performance, loud operation

Strong suction, slightly heavy

Perfect for pet owners!

I have two golden retrievers and this vacuum is a lifesaver. The dual cup design makes it easy to see how much hair and dust it picks up. The UV light gives me peace of mind knowing the bed is sanitized.

Q: Can this be used on carpets or only mattresses?

A: This vacuum is versatile and can be used on mattresses, sofas, pillows, and low-pile carpets. For high-pile carpets, the suction might be too strong for easy gliding.

Q: Is the power cord retractable?

A: No, the 5-meter power cord is not retractable. However, it includes a convenient cord wrap hook on the back of the unit for tidy storage.

Q: Does the UV light turn off automatically when lifted?

A: Yes, the device is equipped with a safety sensor that immediately turns off the UV sterilization light when the unit is lifted more than 15cm from the surface to prevent eye exposure.

Q: How often should I replace the HEPA filter?

A: For optimal performance, we recommend rinsing the pre-filter every two weeks and replacing the main HEPA filter every 6 to 8 months, depending on usage frequency.

Q: What is the difference between the two cups?

A: The dual-cup system separates fine dust and allergens in one chamber while larger debris like pet hair and lint are collected in the second chamber, making disposal and cleaning much easier.
