Fresh and Elegant
I was worried about ordering fresh fruit online, but everything arrived in perfect condition. The grapes were crisp, and the basket looked even better than in the photos.
Q: What happens if the recipient is not home during the delivery window?
A: Our courier will attempt to contact the recipient twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be left with the building management or security guard if permitted, or rescheduled for the next morning.
Q: Are the mooncakes included in the basket traditional or modern style?
A: Our standard Mid-Autumn basket includes premium traditional lotus seed paste mooncakes with salted egg yolk. We can substitute with snow skin mooncakes upon request at checkout.
Q: Is it possible to include a custom company logo on the gift card?
A: Absolutely. For corporate orders of 10 baskets or more, we can print your company logo on the greeting cards at no extra charge. Please upload your logo file during checkout.
Q: Can you deliver to remote areas in the New Territories on the same day?
A: Yes, we offer same-day express delivery to most parts of the New Territories if the order is placed before 1:00 PM. For very remote locations, delivery may occur by 8:00 PM.
Q: Do you provide invoices for corporate reimbursement?
A: Yes, we issue official tax receipts and detailed invoices for all corporate purchases. You can request these to be emailed directly to your finance department after purchase.
