Heat resistant indeed
We had an unusually hot summer here in the south, and these peonies didn't wilt like my old ones did. Very impressed with their resilience.

Thrived in my northern garden!
I was worried about planting these in Zone 4, but they handled the winter perfectly. The double petals are stunning and much larger than I expected.

Easy to grow as advertised
I don't have a green thumb, but these were incredibly forgiving. Just followed the planting instructions and now I have beautiful flowers in my courtyard.

Great for balcony pots
Bought two for my apartment balcony. They are growing well in large pots. One bloom opened a bit early, but overall very healthy seedlings.

Beautiful blooms, slow start
The flowers are gorgeous once they opened. It took a few weeks for them to establish after shipping, but customer service advised me correctly on care.

Perfect addition to the yard
Planted three along the fence line. They look fantastic and seem very robust against both cold nights and hot afternoons.
Q: Are these safe for pets if they chew on the leaves?
A: Peonies can be mildly toxic to pets if ingested in large quantities. We recommend placing them where curious dogs or cats cannot easily access the foliage.
Q: How long does it take for the first flowers to appear?
A: While some seedlings may bloom in the first year, it is common for peonies to take 2 to 3 years to reach full blooming potential as they establish their root systems.
Q: Do I need to cut them back in the winter?
A: Yes, after the first hard frost, you should cut the stems down to about 2 inches above the soil level to prepare them for dormancy.
Q: Can these really survive in a pot on a sunny balcony?
A: Yes, these varieties are selected for container gardening. Ensure the pot is at least 14 inches deep with good drainage holes and use high-quality potting mix.
Q: When is the best time of year to plant these seedlings?
A: The ideal time to plant peony seedlings is in early spring or early fall when the weather is cool, allowing roots to establish before extreme temperatures.
