Cute and functional
My kid loves the smiley face and the clear body. It writes well without skipping. Only giving 4 stars because the cap can be a little tight to remove for small hands initially.

Beautiful design, smooth writing
Bought this for my son who loves unique pens. The smiley face on the cap is a nice touch. It writes very smoothly, though I wish it came with a converter instead of just a cartridge.

Excellent posture correction tool
As a teacher, I recommend these to parents all the time. The ergonomic shape naturally guides fingers into the right position. The limited edition blue color is absolutely gorgeous.

Perfect for my daughter's calligraphy class
The triangular grip really helps my third-grader hold the pen correctly. The lapis lazuli color is stunning in person, and the transparent body lets her see the ink level. Highly recommend for students!

High quality Japanese craftsmanship
Pilot never disappoints. The nib is perfectly tuned out of the box. The lapis lazuli accent gives it a premium feel despite being aimed at children. A fantastic starter fountain pen.
Q: Is the nib suitable for left-handed writers?
A: Yes, the Fine nib works well for left-handed users. However, we recommend letting the ink dry for a second to prevent smudging, as with any fountain pen.
Q: What is the exact width of the triangular grip section?
A: The grip section is designed specifically for elementary school hands, measuring approximately 10mm at its widest point to encourage proper finger placement.
Q: How long does the free engraving take to process?
A: Custom engraving usually adds 1-2 business days to the processing time before shipment. You will receive a preview via email if complex text is requested.
Q: Can I use non-Pilot brand ink cartridges with this pen?
A: This pen uses the standard Pilot proprietary cartridge system. While some third-party cartridges may fit, we strongly recommend using genuine Pilot cartridges for optimal flow and performance.
