Warm and comforting
Provides consistent warmth without getting too hot to handle. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the adhesive could be slightly stronger on thick wool socks.

Love the herbal ingredients
I appreciate that these use real mugwort and saffron. It feels more like a therapeutic treatment than just a chemical heater. My ankles feel much less stiff after use.

Perfect for cold mornings

Good heat, small size
The heat generation is excellent and lasts about 7 hours for me. Just note that the 'Small' size fits snugly on ankles but might be too small for larger feet.
