Great warmth, slightly bulky
The heating function works wonderfully and the auto-shutoff gives me peace of mind. It is a bit thicker than I expected, so make sure you have enough room under your desk. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Good value for money
Does exactly what it says. It gets nice and toasty on the highest setting. I deducted one star because the controller buttons are a small hard to press, but overall a solid product.

Perfect for my home office!
I work from home and my feet were always freezing. This pad is a game changer. I love that I can use it under my desk for my feet or wrap it around my lap when I'm reading. Heats up very quickly.

Best winter purchase
My office is notoriously cold in the winter. This electric cushion keeps me warm without having to crank up the building thermostat. The different heat settings are very precise.

So cozy and versatile
I bought this primarily as a foot warmer, but using it as a hand warmer while typing is my new favorite thing. The fabric is super soft and doesn't irritate my skin. Worth every penny.

Relief for cold days
Excellent build quality. The cord is long enough to reach any outlet near my desk setup. I appreciate the safety features since I sometimes fall asleep with it on low heat.

A: Typically, the pad reaches its maximum temperature setting within 3 to 5 minutes depending on the ambient room temperature.
Q: Can this be used directly on a wooden chair without damaging it?
A: Yes, the bottom of the pad is made with heat-insulating material that prevents excessive heat transfer to furniture. However, we recommend not leaving it on the highest setting unattended for extended periods.
Q: Can I use this while sleeping at night?
A: While the product has an auto-shutoff timer, it is designed primarily for seated or awake relaxation. We advise against using it while sleeping to ensure safety and prevent overheating.
Q: Does this come with a warranty?
A: Yes, all our heating pads come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Q: Is the cover removable for washing?
A: The outer plush cover is not designed to be removed as it houses the heating elements safely. We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent only. Do not submerge in water.
