Great warmth, wish cord was longer
The heating function works exactly as described. It warms up quickly on the high setting. My only minor complaint is that I wish the cord was a bit longer for my specific desk setup, but an extension cable solved that.

Cozy and comfortable

Love the natural herb smell
Unlike synthetic heating pads, this one has a wonderful earthy smell from the mugwort. It feels like a spa treatment while I'm working from home. The fabric is also very soft against clothes.
