Good product but requires precise drilling
The hinge works well, but you must be extremely precise with your floor drilling. If you are off by even a millimeter, the door won't align correctly. Measure twice, cut once!

Perfect for my hidden bookshelf door

A: The minimum recommended door thickness is 1.5 inches (38mm). Using it on thinner doors may compromise stability and is not recommended by the manufacturer.
Q: Is this suitable for exterior doors exposed to rain?
A: While made of Stainless Steel 304 which offers good corrosion resistance, this specific model is rated for interior use. For exterior applications, we recommend our Marine Grade 316 series.
Q: Can this hinge be used on a concrete floor?
A: Yes, this hinge is designed for concrete floors. You will need a hammer drill and appropriate masonry anchors, which are sold separately.
Q: Does this come with the top pivot hardware as well?
