Love the integrated filter!
No more loose strainers falling into the cup. The mesh is fine enough to catch small tea leaves but allows great flow. The wood grain on the handle is unique and adds a nice touch.

Excellent heat retention
I use this daily for my Oolong sessions. It keeps the tea warm long enough to serve multiple rounds without needing a warmer immediately. Very sturdy construction.

Perfect addition to my tea ceremony

Beautiful but requires careful cleaning
It's a stunning piece that elevates my tea table. The only downside is that you have to be gentle cleaning around where the wood meets the glass to avoid water damage to the wood over time.

Great quality, slightly smaller than expected
Beautiful craftsmanship and the 2025 model definitely looks sleeker than older versions. Just note that 200ml is perfect for 2-3 small cups, not a large group. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Best fairness cup I've owned

A: This item is sold as a standalone fairness cup (pitcher). However, it is designed to complement our 2025 Glass Teapot series which shares the same wooden handle aesthetic.
Q: Can I put the entire cup in the dishwasher?
A: We recommend hand washing the unit, especially the wooden handle, to preserve its finish and prevent cracking. The glass body is dishwasher safe if separated, but the integrated design makes hand washing the safest option.
Q: How do I remove stubborn tea stains from the glass?
A: For tough stains, we suggest soaking the cup in a mixture of warm water and baking soda for 30 minutes, then gently scrubbing with a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive pads that could scratch the glass.
