Great value, minor adjustment needed
Excellent helmet for the price. The solar power works well, but I had to tighten the headgear ratchet a bit more than expected to keep it stable during overhead welding. Once adjusted, it stays put perfectly.

Perfect for daily shop use
I've been using this helmet for three months now in my fabrication shop. The auto-darkening feature reacts instantly, and the true color lens makes seeing the puddle much easier than my old green-tinted gear. Very comfortable for long shifts.

Lightweight and clear

Solid construction
The shell feels durable and has survived a few drops onto concrete without cracking. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the battery compartment could be slightly easier to access, but it's a minor issue.

Clear view for TIG welding
I primarily do TIG welding on aluminum, and the true color technology helps me distinguish the oxide layer much better. The delay adjustment is also precise, allowing me to stop seeing the bright spot immediately after stopping the arc.

Best upgrade I've made
