Good value, works well
The unit works great right out of the box. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fan cable was slightly shorter than expected, requiring careful routing. Otherwise, prints are smooth.

Does the job
Functionality is exactly as described. The brass nozzle heats up evenly. Just make sure to level your bed again after installation, as the height might vary slightly from your old worn-out part.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
A: This package includes the complete hotend assembly with the heater block, but the silicone insulation sock is sold separately in most regions.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this heater can reach?
A: The 40W heating cartridge allows the hotend to safely reach up to 260°C, which is sufficient for most common filaments including PLA, PETG, and TPU.
Q: Can I use ABS filament with this hotend?
A: Yes, this hotend can reach temperatures suitable for ABS. However, since the CR-6 SE does not have an enclosed chamber, you may experience warping with ABS prints.
Q: Is this compatible with the original CR-10 series?
