Great longevity and tone
These strings last much longer than my usual uncoated set. The coating doesn't mute the high end as much as other brands I've tried. Very happy with the purchase.

Smooth feel, good value
The anti-rust coating makes bending strings very smooth. They stayed bright for about three weeks of daily playing before needing a change. Solid choice for the price.

Perfect for humid climates
I live near the coast and regular strings rust within days. These Winner strings have held up perfectly for over a month without any signs of corrosion.

Consistent quality
I buy these in bulk for my students. Every pack has consistent tension and intonation. The packaging keeps them fresh until you are ready to use them.

Good but slightly slippery at first
The tone is excellent, but the coating felt a bit slippery under my fingers for the first hour of playing. Once broken in, they feel normal and sound great.

Bright and clear
Really crisp highs on these. They cut through the mix well during band practice. Would give 5 stars if they were slightly cheaper, but the durability justifies the cost.
Q: Is the packaging resealable?
A: The individual string packets are not resealable, but they come inside a larger moisture-resistant pouch that can be sealed to store unused sets.
Q: Are these strings compatible with a Stratocaster?
A: Yes, these are standard light gauge electric guitar strings that fit most electric guitars, including Fender Stratocasters.
Q: How long does the anti-rust coating typically last?
A: Depending on playing frequency and sweat acidity, the coating typically maintains peak performance for 3 to 5 weeks.
Q: Can I use these on an acoustic-electric guitar?
A: While they will physically fit, they are designed specifically for magnetic pickups on electric guitars and may produce a quieter signal on acoustic-electrics compared to bronze strings.
Q: Do these come with a wound G string?
A: No, this 09-42 gauge set features a plain (unwound) G string, which is standard for light electric sets.
